Muller 10k event this Sunday 9th May - Muller are making this an even bigger community event than last year. We will have a stand within the marquee along with local food producers and other local organisations. We will be circulating our Summer Youth Activities flyer (see below), selling teeshirts & promoting local walks as well as providing opportunity to win local food vouchers by playing The Game! We will be using our new display boards & graphic panel which have been generously funded by a grant from the SALSF of Shropshire Council. (Members are welcome to borrow these.)

There is much happening on 12th May: 1 'o' clock pm Meet at carpark just beyond Mencap building for a conducted tour of the Walkmill site which is being upgraded to improve access for all. Eric Davis of Senior Citizens Forum is contact if you wish to know more. ericatriverside@btinternet.com
12th May is the next Local Joint Committee meeting at Hinstock Memorial Hall 7 p.m. All are welcome: "all you need is an interest making your local community a better place to live". Our Summer Youth Activities were funded by a generous grant from this committee.
12th May also in the Market Drayton Library there is to be a talk by Andrew Humphries of Wollerton Old Hall Garden 7.30 - 9 pm. Free admission by ticket, obtainable in advance from the Market Drayton Library
